Cookie Coleman has provided consulting and management services to businesses and the non-profit industry. Her experience in special events, fundraising, corporate incentives, public relations, marketing and the music industry offer a unique combination of hands-on knowledge, creative vision and leadership.

Coleman has worked for many major artistic institutions including the Minneapolis Institute of Arts, The Science Museum of Minnesota, The Minnesota Historical Society, The Bell Museum, VocalEssence and The Guthrie Theater.

On a national level she was convention event coordinator for the American Association of Museums and served as Executive Director for the Sixth World Symposium on Choral Music, an international convention and choral festival.

Char Mason is a big picture visionary with a distinct attention to detail. Char has extensive experience in large scale events, writing & communications, marketing, public relations and non-profit management.

Mason previously served as Executive Director of the Grand Avenue Business Association and Grand Old Day, the Midwest’s largest one-day street festival. She also directed marketing and events for the interior design industry at International Market Square in Minneapolis.

On a larger scale, Char served for over five years as the Senior Consultant to the Grand Excursion 2004, a four-state, 50-city Mississippi River event.
